Claims (1)
- 棒状の耐熱性セラミツク体の一端に、先端から
長さ方向に外側が大きく内側が小さい２段の凹部
及び外側の凹部から耐熱セラミツク体の他端に貫
通する複数の孔を設け、外側の凹部に板状の酸素
イオン伝導体を耐熱セラミツク体から突出しない
ように取付け、酸素イオン伝導体の両面に設けた
電極から前記孔を貫通する導線を前記電極に取付
けてなる酸素計の検出部。
