Claims (1)
- ステムに設けた凹部と、この凹部内に該凹部の
周囲の面と略面一をなして嵌挿された、露出側の
面に感ガス体を有し内部にヒータを有する絶縁板
と、この絶縁板の露出側の面に設けた感ガス体に
つながる電極および前記ヒータにつながる接続部
と、基端部を前記凹部の周囲の面と略面一にして
前記ステムに突設された複数のリードピンと、前
記電極および接触部とそれに対応する各リードピ
ンの基端部との間に渡り印刷され両者間を導通す
るリードパターンとを具備したことを特徴とする
ガスセンサ。
