  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 デジタルパターン発生器の出力によつて波形の
    発生、切替えが行われる任意関数発生器と、 その任意関数発生器の出力波形データをアナロ
    グ信号に変換して被測定ＩＣ素子へ印加するＤＡ
    変換器と、 上記被測定ＩＣ素子の出力を比較パターンと比
    較する比較器と、 上記任意関数発生器へのスタート、ストツプ信
    号、波形切替信号と上記被測定ＩＣ素子に印加す
    るデジタルパターンデータとを発生し、上記比較
    器の出力状態に応じてデジタルパターンデータの
    発生が切替えられる上記デジタルパターン発生器
    と、 そのデジタルパターン発生器をスタートさせる
    制御装置とを具備するＩＣ試験装置。
