Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
従来、現像装置における現像液と定着液の温度
を制御するには、両液のタンク毎に、個別の温度
制御装置、例えば熱交換タンクを取付けて、個々
に制御するようにしたものと、現像液タンクにヒ
ーターを備える熱交換タンクを接続し、この熱交
換タンクに、現像液を通すとともに、定着液用熱
交換コイルをも通して、両液の温度を調節するよ
うにしたものとがある。

しかし、前者においては、温度制御装置を２組
必要とするため、当然、価格面並びに占守空間面
において不利である。また後者においては、定着
液は、循環をくりかえしながら、加温された現像
液により徐々に加熱されることになるので、特に
冬期等においては、定着液の加温に相当の時間を
要するという不利がある。

本発明は、単一の制御装置をもつて、複数の処
理液タンク内の液温を、それぞれ所要に保たせる
ようにすることにより、前記した従来の温度制御
方法における欠点を除去するようにしたものであ
る。

以下、図面に基いて、本発明の実施要領を説明
する。

パネルヒーター２が、そのやや上方には温度セン
サー３が設けられている。

ぼ等しく定めてある。

従つて、タンク１内の現像液の温度は、常に温
度センサー３により検知され、温度制御装置６に
よるパネルヒーター２のON／OFF制御により、
所望の一定値に保たれる。かつ、一方では、タン
ク４内の定着液の温度も、定着液量及び所要液温
に応じて発熱量が設定されているパネルヒーター
５を、現像液の温度制御に連動させて、同時に
ON／OFF制御することにより、現像液の温度に
対応した所望の値に保たれる。

ON／OFF制御することにより、現像液の温度に
対応した所望の値に保たれる。
このように本発明によれば、現像液の温度制御
装置をもつて、現像液タンク及び定着液タンク内
の各ヒーターをON／OFF制御するため、各液の
温度を、それぞれ各ヒーターの発熱比に応じた一
定の相関関係にある所望の値に保持することがで
きるので、従来のものに比し、価格的並びに占守
空間的に有利である。
装置をもつて、現像液タンク及び定着液タンク内
の各ヒーターをON／OFF制御するため、各液の
温度を、それぞれ各ヒーターの発熱比に応じた一
定の相関関係にある所望の値に保持することがで
きるので、従来のものに比し、価格的並びに占守
空間的に有利である。

Claims (1)
- １ 現像タンクと定着タンクとにそれぞれヒータ
ーを付設するとともに、現像タンクに配設した温
度センサーの出力に基づいて、前記各ヒーターを
同時にON／OFF制御する単一の温度制御装置を
設け、さらに、各タンク内の液量比と、各タンク
内の液体に要求される温度比に応じて、前記各タ
ンクに付設されたヒーターの出力を、所要の比率
に設定したことを特徴とする現像装置における現
像液と定着液の液温制御方法。
