Claims (1)
- 両端部側面に鍔部を有する筒体から成り前記鍔
部間に一次コイルを巻回する一次ボビンと、側面
に複数の環状の溝を形成した筒体から成り、前記
複数の溝の各々に二次コイルを分割して巻回する
二次ボビンとを備え、該二次ボビンの中空部に前
記一次コイルを巻回した前記一次ボビンを収容し
合成樹脂によりモールドして成る内燃機関用点火
コイルにおいて、前記二次ボビンの一端の中空部
内縁回りに、前記複数の溝の底面とは所定厚さの
壁部を隔てて複数の切欠部を形成すると共に、前
記二次ボビンの他端の端面に前記中空部に開口す
る少くとも一つの凹部を形成し、前記一次ボビン
の一端側鍔部の前記二次ボビンの切欠部に対向す
る位置に少くとも一つの切欠を形成すると共に、
前記一次ボビンの他端側鍔部に少くとも一つの切
欠及び少くとも一つの延出部を形成し、前記二次
ボビンの中空部内に前記一次ボビンの一端側鍔部
を嵌合し、且つ前記二次ボビンの端面に形成した
凹部に前記一次ボビンの延出部を嵌合したことを
特徴とする内燃機関用点火コイル。
