Claims (1)
- 複数枚の基板から成る混成集積回路装置におい
て、前記少なくとも一方の基板に相手側の基板が
交差して嵌る細長溝を切欠き形成し、両基板の表
裏両面またはその片面には、当該両基板の交差部
に近接して導電性の固定パツドを各々設け、前記
交差部にて対面する前記一方の基板における固定
パツドと相手側の固定パツドとを半田固着したこ
とを特徴とする混成集積回路装置。
