Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 外部に本体を自動車に取付ける取付具を設け
    、内部に駆動装置若しくは捲着装置を設け該駆動
    装置若しくは捲着装置にて回動自在に軸支された
    一方至端径が小、他方至端径が大と為した軸芯を
    内設し、該軸芯に捲着された自動車の場合はドア
    の開閉角度に相当する中心角を有した至端に支持
    部材と該シートを自動車のドアに脱着自在に持着
    させる留具を設けた扇型のシートが、本体に開設
    した出入口からドアの開閉動作若しくは駆動装置
    の作動力により上下、左右に出入自在と為された
    事を特徴とする自動車等ウインドウ用晴雨兼用カ
    ーテン。 ２ 前記、駆動装置が電動モーターである請求項
    １の自動車等ウインドウ用晴雨兼用カーテン。 ３ 前記、捲着装置が、渦巻発条等の弾性体であ
    る請求項１の自動車等ウインドウ用兼用カーテン
    。 ４ 前記、支持部材を設けた扇型のシートの至端
    に設けられた留具が、吸盤である請求項１の自動
    車等ウインドウ用晴雨兼用カーテン。 ５ 前記、支持部材を設けた扇型のシートの至端
    に設けられた留具がスプリング式フレキシブルフ
    ツクである請求項１の自動車等ウインドウ用晴雨
    兼用カーテン。 ６ 前記、シートが弾性体からなる蛇腹状のプリ
    ーツを施した折畳式と為し、該至端が軸芯に捲着
    されずに本体後部に直接取付けられた請求項１の
    自動車等ウインドウ用晴雨兼用カーテン。 ７ 本体外部に設けた取付具が吸盤である請求項
    １の自動車等ウインドウ用晴雨兼用カーテン。 ８ 本体外部に設けた取付具が永久磁石、電磁石
    等の磁性体である請求項１の自動車等ウインドウ
    用晴雨兼用カーテン。 ９ 本体外部に設けた取付具がネジ止め金具であ
    る請求項１の自動車等ウインドウ用晴兼用カーテ
    ン。 １０ 前記、一方至端径が小、他方至端径が大と
    為した軸芯の外壁面が螺刻され螺刻部を形成し、
    シートが縦長帯状と為された事を特徴とする請求
