Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ハウジングに立設された固定軸の外周面と回
転部材に形成した前記固定軸が遊嵌される軸孔の
内周面との少なくとも一方に動圧流体ラジアル軸
受用の凹凸を形成し、前記回転部材の軸孔底部に
貫通孔を形成し、前記固定軸の先端に前記貫通孔
と対向する尖頭部を形成し、この尖頭部と前記貫
通孔との間隙に存する流体を前記貫通孔の軸芯と
略平行な方向に流動させる気流発生手段を設けた
ことを特徴とする動圧流体軸受装置。 ２ 尖頭部の少なくとも先端が貫通孔に遊嵌され
ていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の動圧流体
軸受装置。 ３ 貫通孔の尖頭部と対向する側を拡開したこと
を特徴とする請求項１又は２記載の動圧流体軸受
装置。 ４ 尖頭部と貫通孔との少なくとも一方に動圧発
生用の凹凸を形成したことを特徴とする請求項１
又は２又は３記載の動圧流体軸受装置。
