In a spinning factory, in order to streamline transportation, a rail is attached to the machine from the roving machine, and roving bobbins are attached to the bobbin magazine, and on the line where the roving bobbins are conveyed all at once to the spinning machine. When the bobbin is returned to the roving machine, some roving remains on the bobbin.

Since the rovings are changed all at once, there is approximately 20 to 40g of roving remaining per thread. This is called residual thread.

In the conventional residual yarn removal method described above, when removing the residual yarn, other parts come into direct contact with the bobbin, which may damage the bobbin or leave roving.
This also required work such as complete manual extraction. In recent years, spinning machines have become longer and longer than conventional
The number of spindles has increased from 400 spindles to 480 to 960 spindles, and when these roving threads are changed all at once, a large amount of bobbin is moved at once, and the amount of thread remaining is proportional to that, making it possible to remove a large amount of thread in a short time. It is required to be processed.

It was a waste of time and effort.

When the bobbin from which the remaining threads are to be removed is suspended on the transport rail and reaches the remaining thread removal position, the elevating suction nozzle is raised by the elevating means while sucking air, swallowing the bobbin from its lower end, and lifting the bobbin to its upper end. It rises to the vicinity and sucks up the remaining thread remaining on the bobbin. Next, the elevating suction nozzle descends to complete one cycle of residual yarn removal work.
The empty bobbin is sent to the spinning frame on the conveyor rail, and the next bobbin is sent from the spinning frame.
The remaining yarn is removed in the same manner as above, and the same operation is repeated one after another.

When the magazine sensor detects that the bobbin magazine 7 has been carried into a fixed position, it is positioned and stopped by the stopper 11, and the elevating type intake nozzle 5 is immediately raised via the elevating means 6. Suction chamber 4 is always (or
(Only when rising) Apply air intake, and the elevating suction nozzle 5 rises to swallow each bobbin 2 from below each bobbin 2, and suction removes the residual yarn remaining on each bobbin 2 so as to pull it out from the bobbin 2. . This operation absorbs the remaining yarn in almost a few seconds. Then, the elevating intake nozzle 5 descends, the stopper 11 is released, the bobbin magazine 7 from which the remaining yarn has been removed is carried out by the magazine transport device 10, the next bobbin magazine 7 is carried in, and the same operation as above is repeated. do. All of the above operations can be performed automatically. Furthermore, for products made of different fibers, the above-mentioned devices may be installed for each fiber, or one device can be used in common by replacing the lines. In this way, it is possible to install it at any position in the conveyance line, and automatic conveyance is also possible.
