知部21aへの当接によりオン信号を発するもの
である。なお、このセンサー本体21と揺動板2
3は一体的に軸方向に調整移動可能とすること
が、各種設定寸法の被検査物の検査が可能となり
望ましい。また定寸確認センサー7はセンサー本
体25とセンサー本体から下方突出し上下位置調
整可能にプランジヤ27に連結されたローラ検知
部29とからなり、ローラ検知部29に前述の押
し棒に取り付けられた環状舌片19が接触したと
きオン信号を発するものである。さらに定位置確
認センサー5のオン信号発生時の定寸確認センサ
ー7のオン信号の発生の有無により被検査物の長
さについての合否を判定できるように、定位置確
認センサー5と定寸確認センサー7とのオン信号
がアンド回路に入力され、被検査物が許容寸法範
囲にあるとき合格(オン)信号を発する方式とな
つている。
