第３図は、従来技術においてフラツクスを含んだ
フラツクス洗浄液が電子部品の下に溜つた状態の
断面図である。第４図は、従来技術においてフラ
ツクスを含んだフラツクス洗浄液がかたよつて、
フラツクス洗浄液が蒸発した後フラツクスが残つ
てしまつた状態の断面図である。
１：電子部品、２：リード、３：プリント配線
板、４：フラツクス、５：半田、６：フラツクス
を含んだフラツクス洗浄液、７：フラツクス洗浄
液が蒸発した後残つたフラツクス、８：フラツク
ス洗浄用穴、９：パターン、１０：フラツクス。
