Claims (1)
- カル部から延びるランナーの該カル部から所定
距離を隔てた位置にゲートを介してキヤビテイ部
が配設されてなる樹脂封止金型において、前記ラ
ンナーがカル部を中心にして該カル部から等角度
で放射状に広がる直線形状をなして配設されてい
ることを特徴とする樹脂封止金型。
