小化するとともに、射出ユニツトを垂直に設けた
装置と比べて見ても、機械の高さを小さく抑える
ことが出来全体にコンパクとなつた。さらに、射
出ユニツトを垂直に設けた装置と比べて原料の投
入をはじめとする保守管理が容易となつたばかり
でなく、型開閉による振動も従来装置不安定な形
態であつたためその影響が大きかつたが、本発明
の装置のように射出ユニツトが横型となつたため
振動による影響も少くなつた。また射出精度につ
いてもスクリユの自重によるバラツキが無くなつ
たので当初に掲げたような欠点が解消された。
