【発明の詳細な説明】
産業上の利用分野
本発明は熱転写あるいは電子写真により作成されるもの
であって、必要に応じて消去可能な印刷体に関係する。

原稿のコピーあるいは電子ファイル化されたデータや画
像を簡便に可視像として見たい七←という要求がある。

以上のように、従来の印刷装置は一枚当たりの単価が高
く、デイスプレィ感覚でプリントアウトできるようなも
のではなかった。

課題を解決するための手段
上記課題を解決するために本発明においては、印刷体と
してもちいる支持体上に離型材を塗布するようにしてい
る。

本発明を用いれば、熱転写装置や電子写真複写機を用い
て、プリントアウトしたものを消去し、再度用いること
ができるのでデイスプレィを使うような感覚でプリント
アウトすることができる。

実施例
以下、本発明の消去可能な印刷体の一実施例について図
面を参照しながら説明する。第１図は本発明の消去可能
な印刷体１０３の断面図である。第１図において１０１
は支持体である。素材は、プラスチック、金属、液浸透
性の無い紙、セラミックなどある。

この支持体の表面に離形材１０２を塗布する。この離型
材にはその効果に大小があるが多くのものが知られてい
る。中でも効果の大きいものにシリコン樹脂系やフッ素
系の離型材がよく使われる。

本発明においても有効である。
この消去可能な印刷体はと以下の様に使う。第２図は本
発明の消去可能な印刷体を用いてこの上に載せたインキ
を消去する様子を示している。消去可能な印刷体１．０
３上に電子写真帳あるいは熱転写などにより熱溶融性イ
ンク２０３を載せる。これにインキ剥離体２０１を重ね
、ヒーロロール２０２戸圧力ロール２０３の間を通し、
冷えてからインキ剥離体２０１を剥がず。熱溶融性イン
キ２０３は離型材１０２のためにインキ剥離体２０１の
方に付着し、消去可能な印刷体１０３の表面には残らな
い。奇麗になったこの消去可能な印刷体は再び電子写真
方式や熱転写方式の複写機やプリンタ用の用紙として使
える。熱溶融性インキが電子写真のトナーの場合は、イ
ンキ剥離体の表面にトナーよりも低温で粘着性のでる糊
等を塗布しておく、ヒートローラの温度を低く押さえる
ことが出来て、経済的である。
発明の消去可能な印刷体を用いてこの上に載せたインキ
を消去する様子を示している。消去可能な印刷体１．０
３上に電子写真帳あるいは熱転写などにより熱溶融性イ
ンク２０３を載せる。これにインキ剥離体２０１を重ね
、ヒーロロール２０２戸圧力ロール２０３の間を通し、
冷えてからインキ剥離体２０１を剥がず。熱溶融性イン
キ２０３は離型材１０２のためにインキ剥離体２０１の
方に付着し、消去可能な印刷体１０３の表面には残らな
い。奇麗になったこの消去可能な印刷体は再び電子写真
方式や熱転写方式の複写機やプリンタ用の用紙として使
える。熱溶融性インキが電子写真のトナーの場合は、イ
ンキ剥離体の表面にトナーよりも低温で粘着性のでる糊
等を塗布しておく、ヒートローラの温度を低く押さえる
ことが出来て、経済的である。
実施例１
およそ１００μのＰＥＴフィルム（ポリエチレンテレフ
タレート）の支持体上に、シリコンシール材（東芝シリ
コーン性ＴＳＥ３８５ＲＴＶ）を布で擦り付けて薄い離
型材の膜を作り、消去可能な印刷体を得た。これを用紙
として、熱転写プリンタ （ナショナル製ワードプロセ
ッサＦＷ−２０）で、ワックスインキ （熱溶融性イン
キ（融点はおよそ７０℃））の文字を書いた。この上に
インキ剥離体（２５μのＰＥＴシート）を重ね、約１０
０°Ｃのヒートロールと圧力の間を通し、冷えてからイ
ンキ剥離体を剥がしたところ、消去可能な印刷体の表面
は奇麗になった。

実施例１において、熱溶融性インキの像を熱転写でつ（

ところ、消去可能な印刷体の上からは奇麗にトナーがと

実施例３
実施例２において、インキ剥離体として市販のラミネー
ト用の接着材塗布済みのシート（東京ラミネックス製
商品名ＴＯＲＡＭ Ｉ−Ｆ ｒＬＭ）を用いたところ、
ヒートロールの温度を１ｔｏｅ下げても消去可能な印刷
体の表面からトナーを取り除くことが出来た。

発明の効果
以上の発明から明らかなように、本発明は、支持体上に
離型材を塗布した消去可能な印刷体としており、そのた
めに、筒便に印刷体の消去が出来、安価であるために、
デイスプレィの感覚で印刷体を出力することができる。
