    る条件成立監視機能と、 アラーム信号の出力／停止を制御できるアラー
    ム信号出力機能と、 該条件成立監視機能を動作させないアラームリ
    セツト状態Ａでアラームスイツチ３１が押される
    と、該条件成立監視機能を動作させるアラームセ
    ツト状態Ｂへ移行させる状態遷移機能１と、 該アラームセツト状態Ｂで該条件成立監視機能
    が条件成立を検出したときは、該アラーム信号出
    力機能がアラーム信号を出力するアラーム信号出
    力状態Ｃへ移行させる状態遷移機能４と、 該アラーム信号出力状態Ｃで前記アラームスイ
    ツチ３１が押されると、該アラーム信号出力機能
    がアラーム信号の出力を停止する前記アラームセ
    ツト状態Ｂへ移行させる状態遷移機能３と、 該アラームセツト状態Ｂで該アラームスイツチ
    ３１が押されると、前記アラームリセツト状態Ａ
    へ移行させる状態遷移機能２とを備えてなること
