―Ｄ変換回路を備えた装置において、 コンパレータの基準電圧入力を外部端子に直接
接続するとともにＤ―Ａ変換回路の出力とコンパ
レータの基準電圧入力間にスイツチを設けたこと
を特徴とするＡ―Ｄ変換回路を備えた半導体集積
回路。
