Claims (1)
- デイスク状のおろし金をハウジング内に収容し
、前記おろし金と直角にのびるモータの駆動軸を
前記おろし金の中心部分に連結し、前記駆動軸に
よつて前記おろし金を支持するとともに、前記お
ろし金の中心部分からその半径方向に一定距離偏
心した位置において、前記駆動軸の反対側で前記
おろし金と対面する前記ハウジングの端壁に一定
大きさの孔を形成し、前記駆動軸によつて前記お
ろし金を回転駆動し、ゆずの皮などを前記孔に押
し込み、前記おろし金に押し付けるようにしたこ
とを特徴とするゆずの皮などのおろし装置。
