フイルム押付けローラ、７：加工液供給ノズル、
８：加工液、９：加工電源、１０：電解研磨フイ
ルム、１１：導電性フイルム、１２：砥粒層帯、
１３：電解ギヤツプ帯。

Claims (1)
- 円筒状の被加工物の外周面に研磨加工と電解加
工とを組合せた複合加工を施す電解研磨装置であ
つて、導電性フイルム上に砥粒層帯と電解ギヤツ
プ帯とを交互にしかもリード角を持たせて形成し
てなる電解研磨フイルムと、この電解研磨フイル
ムを連続的に供給するフイルム供給ドラム、およ
び該フイルムを巻取るフイルム巻取りローラと、
電解研磨フイルムを案内するガイドローラと、電
解研磨フイルムの送り方向と逆方向に回転する被
加工物の外周面に弾性的に該フイルムを押付ける
フイルム押付けローラと、陽極側が被加工物に陰
極側がフイルム押付けローラにそれぞれ接続され
た加工電源と、被加工物と電解研磨フイルムとの
間に電解液を含む加工液を供給する加工液供給ノ
ズルとを備えたことを特徴とする電解研磨装置。
