Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ロボツトのアームに連結される工具交換装置
    の本体と、該本体に着脱自在に取り付ける工具プ
    レートを備え、作動流体流路の出入り口を前記本
    体と工具プレートのそれぞれの対向面に開けて接
    続可能とした工具交換装置であつて、前記作動流
    体流路の出入り口に異物侵入防止用のフイルタを
    設けたことを特徴とするロボツト用自動工具交換
    装置。 ２ 前記フイルタを工具プレートの作動流体流路
    の出入り口に設け、該フイルタの端面を前記出入
    り口の周囲と同一平面上として該出入り口の廻り
    を平坦面としたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の
    ロボツト用自動工具交換装置。 ３ 本体と工具プレートとの間に電気配線を接続
    可能に設け、該電気配線の電極を含めて前記工具
    プレートの対向面を平坦面としたことを特徴とす
    る請求項２記載のロボツト用自動工具交換装置。
