イル巻き導線の直流抵抗ｒ１、１０はコイル巻き
線のインダクタンスＬ１、１１は測定物の直流抵
抗ｒ２、１２は測定物のインダクタンスＬ２、１
３は抵抗素子の抵抗ｒ３である。なお、図中同一
