ヤツプ検出装置の構成図、第２図はこの考案の一
実施例のギヤツプセンサの等価回路図、第３図は
従来の渦電流式ギヤツプ検出装置の構成図、第４
図は従来のギヤツプセンサの等価回路図である。 図中１は測定物、２はギヤツプセンサ、３は芯
材、４はコイル巻き導線、５は抵抗素子、６は発
振器、７は整流平滑回路、８は演算回路、９はコ
イル巻き導線の直流抵抗ｒ１、１０はコイル巻き
線のインダクタンスＬ１、１１は測定物の直流抵
抗ｒ２、１２は測定物のインダクタンスＬ２、１
３は抵抗素子の抵抗ｒ３である。なお、図中同一
あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示してあ
る。
ヤツプ検出装置の構成図、第２図はこの考案の一

従来の渦電流式ギヤツプ検出装置の構成図、第４
図は従来のギヤツプセンサの等価回路図である。 図中１は測定物、２はギヤツプセンサ、３は芯

振器、７は整流平滑回路、８は演算回路、９はコ
イル巻き導線の直流抵抗ｒ１、１０はコイル巻き
線のインダクタンスＬ１、１１は測定物の直流抵
抗ｒ２、１２は測定物のインダクタンスＬ２、１
３は抵抗素子の抵抗ｒ３である。なお、図中同一

- 渦電流式ギヤツプ検出装置において、芯材に導
線を巻いたコイルとそのコイルに直列に入れた負
の温度係数の抵抗素子で構成されるギヤツプセン
サと、このギヤツプセンサに接続された発振動作
をする発振器と、発振器の出力を整流平滑する整
流平滑回路と、整流平滑回路の出力をギヤツプ長
に対応する信号に変換する演算回路とを具備した
ことを特徴とする渦電流式ギヤツプ検出装置。
