In many cases, an insertion tongue piece is formed on the other side of the cut, and the tongue piece is inserted into the cut to assemble.

面で多用されている。 As mentioned above, boxes that are assembled by gluing at the overlapped parts have the advantage that there is little waste of material during cutting, and the assembly work can be mechanized and efficient, reducing production costs. It is widely used in various fields as a packaging box with a simple structure that is disposable.

高価なもので箱製造コストを高くする。 By the way, in the case of this type of box that is assembled by gluing, if a fast-curing glue is used due to the properties of the glue, the adhesion will occur during the process of folding the cut paper using the inner and outer molds. The parts can be almost perfectly adhered, improving workability, but on the other hand, the working conditions from gluing to folding become stricter, and the entire device including the gluing mechanism becomes complicated. The fast curing glue used is relatively expensive and increases the cost of manufacturing the box.

上で型出し出来ないことが難点とされる。 On the other hand, unlike the above-mentioned fast-curing glue, using a slow-curing glue can simplify the equipment and the glue itself is cheap, which is advantageous in terms of box manufacturing costs. It takes a certain amount of time for the glue to completely harden and become stable, and the problem is that molding cannot be done on the production line during this time.

という問題もある。 Furthermore, when using a slow-curing glue, when folding the unfolded cut paper using the inner and outer molds, the polymerized adhesive part is pressurized and remains in a pasted state for a while. The pressure is temporary, and after the inner mold is removed, the adhesive part is left under no pressure and the box moves with the outer mold, causing peeling of the adhesive part before the glue hardens and stabilizes. Even if this does not result in poor adhesion, there are also problems such as insufficient adhesion, resulting in variations in the product and deterioration in quality.

The present invention aims to provide a paper box manufacturing method that enables the production of high-quality paper boxes with no variation in products by perfecting the packaging.

る。 As described above, when assembling a box using slow-curing glue, immediately after gluing the glue margin pieces of the cut paper in the unfolded state, the folds are formed using the inner and outer molds. In addition to applying pressure to the adhesive part at the same time as folding through the wire, the adhesive part is re-pressurized during the process of hardening the adhesive, so in the case of slow-curing adhesives, Immediately after applying the glue to the glue strip, pressure is applied at the same time as folding with the inner and outer molds.
Since the glue is soft and pressure is applied while it is attached to the surface of the adhesive part, the adhesive strength cannot be expected to be very strong. The adhesive has formed and is in the process of curing, and by applying pressure again at this stage, the adhesion strength is greatly improved and the adhesion becomes completely reliable, and the product obtained in this way is of consistent high quality. In addition, the production line can be implemented with only slight improvements to the conventional production line, and the box shape can be applied to a variety of other products.
