Claims (1)
- 同軸方向に重ね合わされた一対の環状の鉄心３
ａ，３ｂと該鉄心３ａ，３ｂ内に同軸方向に組込
まれた環状の励磁コイル４とから成る電磁石２を
環状のスペーサ５を介して他の同形上の電磁石６
と連結して１ユニツトとし該ユニツトを環状の永
久磁石７を介して他のユニツトと連結して成る円
筒体と、該円筒体に遊嵌する円柱状の可動子１と
から構成され、該可動子１の外周面と前記円筒体
における各鉄心３ａ，３ｂ，１１ａ，１１ｂ，１
２ａ，１２ｂ，１３ａ，１３ｂの内周面にはそれ
ぞれ軸方向に一定のピツチで凹凸が刻設されてい
ると共に、該鉄心３ａ，３ｂ，１１ａ，１１ｂ，
１２ａ，１２ｂ，１３ａ，１３ｂ中任意の２個の
鉄心の凸部が前記可動体１の凸部と正対するよう
に配置されていることを特徴とする円筒磁石アク
チユエータ。
