を完全に一致させることが事実上不可能であるた
め水槽突出部カが形成されるのでこれも外観を低
下させて欠点となつていた。更にこの水槽突出部
カと天板開口端面ヘとで形成される隅部ヨには汚
れやゴミ等が付着しやすく外観を損なうばかりで
なく衛生上も問題であつた。また製造上において
も天板開口端面ヘと補強用ウレタン樹脂層の裏面
側トとの両面を切削仕上げする必要があるため工
程が繁雑になるという欠点を有していた。

【特許請求の範囲】 1 木質系基材に熱硬化性樹脂化粧板を貼着して
なる天板部材において、熱硬化性樹脂化粧板の開
口端は水槽フランジ部の内周端と略同一寸法で木
質系基材の開口端は水槽フランジ部の内周端より
大きく、かつ水槽フランジ部の外周端より小さく
しかも厚みが1mm前後の第1開口端と、水槽フラ
ンジ部の外周端より大きな第2開口端とからな
り、これによつて形成される木質系基材の開口端
段部に水槽フランジ部が当接し、前記熱硬化性樹
脂化粧板の突出部と水槽フランジ部との空隙部及
び水槽フランジ部裏面の凹部とに熱硬化性樹脂が
充填されてなる水槽付き天板。 2 木質系基材の開口端段部が部分的に切削除去
されて開口端段部の欠損部が複数個形成されてい
ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の
水槽付き天板。 3 水槽フランジ部の内周端寄りの部分に複数個
の透孔が設けられていることを特徴とする特許請
求の範囲第1項及び第2項記載の水槽付き天板。 4 木質系基材の開口端裏面から水槽フランジ部
裏面にわたつて水槽取付け具が螺着されているこ

記載の水槽付き天板。 5 木質系基材に熱硬化性樹脂化粧板を貼着し、
木質系基材の該化粧板側に1mm前後の厚みを残し
て木質系基材の裏面側から水槽のフランジ部の幅
よりも大きく略同一形状の環状凹部を切削形成
し、次いで該環状凹部の内周端寄りの部分に前記
化粧板の環状露出部を切削形成し、この環状露出
部の内側の木質系基材の一部を残して天板鍔部を
設けた天板開口部を切削形成し、次いで前記木質
系基材の開口端段部を予じめ部分的に切削除去し
ておき水槽フランジ部を該開口端段部に当接し水
槽フランジ部裏面の凹部に熱硬化性樹脂液を注入
し、硬化後水槽フランジ部の内周端に沿つて前記
天板鍔部を切削除去してなる水槽付き天板の製造
方法。 6 熱硬化性樹脂液を注入する前に水槽取付け具
を木質系基材の開口端裏面から水槽フランジ部裏
面にわたつて螺着しておくことを特徴とする特許
請求の範囲第5項記載の水槽付き天板の製造方
法。
