Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 開口縁に蓋を接着する為の金属フランジと
側壁を気密貫通するリード部材とを有するフラツ
ト型気密容器に於いて、前記リード部材を前記容
器側壁内側に於いて屈曲せしめると共に当該リー
ド部材屈曲部の内壁と対面する側を壁中に埋設し
たことを特徴とする圧電デバイス用気密容器。 (2) 前記金属フランジの前記開口縁との接合部
断面が直線でないことを特徴とする特許請求の範
囲(1)記載の圧電デバイス用気密容器。
