Claims (1)
- シールドと、シールドの両端部に固定された一
対の絶縁ブロツクと、両絶縁ブロツク間に張られ
た放電ワイヤーと、放電ワイヤーの前方に格子状
に配されたグリツトワイヤーとを備えたスコロト
ロン荷電電極において、シールドが、放電ワイヤ
ーの前側を除く周囲のうち少なくとも、放電ワイ
ヤーの長さ方向にのびかつ放電ワイヤーの後側に
配された後面部と、後面部の両端から前方に突出
した両端面部とを有しており、各端面部の前縁に
、グリツトワイヤーを両端面部間に張設するため
のワイヤー掛け部が一体的に形成されていること
を特徴とするスコロトロン荷電電極。
