ツトの碍子取付け部の斜視図、第２図は同じくヒ
ータユニツトの組立工程を示す碍子取付け部の要
部断面図、第３図は従来形のヒーターユニツトの
碍子取付け部の斜視図、第４図は同じく従来型の
ヒーターユニツトの要部正面図である。 同図中、１は取付板、２は碍子、３はヒータ線
、４は保持溝、５はテーパ部である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所定の間隔をおいて配置された取付板に碍子を
    設け、この碍子間にコイル状のヒータ線を装架し
    てなるヒーターユニツトにおいて、上記取付板の
    端縁に板状の碍子を取付け、同碍子の両面に側方
    からヒータ線を差し込み可能とするヒータ線に一
    致する円弧と側端に連なる切欠き溝からなる略Ｕ
    形の保持溝を形成するとともに、その内側にヒー
    タ線の案内部材を兼ねた断面略Ｖ形のテーパ部を
    形成してなることを特徴とするヒータユニツト。
