ンサンド微粉末の吸着酸化還元性能を有する材料
をミツクスし、糊材のセメントと混練したものを
、木質繊維に混入水を加えてミキシングしたもの
を成型し、木質繊維素材間の空隙を適当に保持さ
せた状態にして養生、速効性及び持続性の消臭効
果を保持させると共に、調湿性、断熱性、防音性
、吸音性、難燃性等の本来の特性の相乗効果が発
揮出来るようにした複合木質繊維セメント板の製
造方法。 (2) 木質繊維セメント板の製造時に、木質繊維
に細多孔質ゼオライト等の基材を、低分子ガス吸
着酸化還元触媒機能を有するセラミツク微粉体に
加工したものと、これにセメントをバインダーと
して水を加えて混練成型して養生後、該表面に持
続性及び速効性を有する硫酸第一鉄を安定加工し
た消臭剤を噴霧して滲透附着させ、構築物空間に
発生する悪臭を吸着酸化還元触媒性能により消臭
と同時に別無臭物質に変換させ、又保管庫内に保
管されている果菜類、魚貝類、蓄産肉等から発生
するエチレンガスの抑制、アンモニア、硫化水素
、メルカプタン等の吸着酸化還元触媒作用により
消臭並びに鮮度保持効果を発揮することの可能な
