[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention] The cast-in-place frame construction method takes more time to construct than the block frame construction method that uses precast members, but it does not require stable slopes or spring water on steep slopes. In addition to being used on long slopes or when the soil quality is not good, it is also used to stabilize slopes and prevent collapse of the slope surface layer when floating rocks cannot be stopped by concrete spraying, etc., or on rock with developed joints and cracks. It also plays a role in suppressing

By the way, this cast-in-place frame construction method is generally carried out by installing formwork on the slope and pouring mortar (including concrete), and the material of the formwork greatly affects workability and cost. It had been. In other words, some formwork has traditionally been made of steel plates so that they can be reused.
Not only is this expensive, but it is also very heavy, so even carrying it up is labor intensive, especially when constructing on steep slopes, and the workability is also quite poor.

Conventionally, formwork made of cardboard has been developed as a lightweight and easy-to-work formwork, but because it is made of cardboard, it has water absorption properties, and absorbs moisture during the curing of mortar, significantly reducing its strength after curing. This is especially a problem in the summer. Furthermore, because the insulation properties are poor, the moisture in the poured mortar may freeze in the winter, which often prevents it from achieving the required strength and being unable to function as a framework, especially in the winter. No work can be done at all in extremely cold regions such as the San'in region, Hokuriku region, or Hokkaido.

In addition, since this cardboard formwork is folded and then unfolded into a frame shape and installed on the slope,
It is difficult to follow the undulations of the slope, and it takes time and effort to fill in gaps at the bottom of the formwork, resulting in poor workability and cannot even be used on slopes with severe undulations. In addition, due to the characteristics of corrugated board, it is not possible to perform detailed processing such as chamfering on the frame, making it difficult to mold an ideal frame in terms of appearance and strength, and making it difficult to reuse. Because of this, it was not economically desirable.

[Means for Solving the Problems] Therefore, in view of the above points, the present inventor has conducted extensive research and has discovered the unique and excellent effects of foamed plastics.
In other words, we focused on the fact that it is lightweight, easy to process, and has excellent heat and water retention properties, and by using this as a formwork for forming the legal frame and further dividing it, we were able to form a slope. We have developed a formwork that can easily follow undulations and a method for constructing a legal framework using this formwork.

According to the formwork and the method of constructing a legal frame using the same according to the present invention, the formwork is divided into constituent pieces;
It is easy to transport onto slopes, has excellent workability even on highly uneven surfaces, and can take full advantage of the characteristics of cast-in-place frame construction methods.

FIG. 1 shows a formwork 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention installed on a slope 6. As shown in FIG. This formwork 1
1 is a structure in which four bent plastic foam components 2 are provided with their ends touching each other in a plan view, and are configured in a rectangular shape with corners cut off. Although the side portions between the vertices are provided to increase the strength of the intersection portion when molding the legal frame 5, it is of course possible to form the formwork 1 in a square shape without providing these side portions.

At the stage of constructing the slope frame 5 after installing the formwork 1, the framework is generally constructed with reinforcing bars 14 and then concrete or mortar is sprayed. etc. may be provided to achieve integration with the ground.

The shape of the formwork 1 according to the present invention is not limited to a quadrilateral or octagonal shape, but may be triangular or hexagonal as shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b. This can be achieved by combining the constituent pieces 2.

In this way, the formwork 1 according to the present invention has the constituent pieces 2
Because it is divided into parts to be constructed by a combination of Since there is no need to provide a treadmill, the construction period can be significantly shortened, making it possible to significantly reduce costs.

In order to fix the formwork component 2 to the slope 6, stakes 8 are inserted into fixtures 7 provided on the component 2 and driven into the slope 6, as shown in FIG. The outer edge 9 provided at the upper end of the component piece 2 is connected to the frame 5 as shown in FIG.
This is done by removing sharp corners from the constructed legal frame 5 for aesthetic reasons and to prevent danger. However, since this outer edge 9 is very easily damaged, it is protected by covering it with a cover member 15 made of plastic or the like, and when molding the component piece 2 with foamed plastic, this cover member 15 is integrally molded. This is what I did.

In addition, 10 in the figure is a thick frame end, which was provided because the step of the foot part 11 provided for the purpose of reinforcing and stabilizing the lower part of the component piece 2 would make the fixation with the stake 8 unstable. It also serves as a reinforcing material. Of course, even if this frame end 10 is not provided, it may be integrally molded from foamed plastic like the foot portion 11, or a hole may be provided in the foot portion 11 and the stake 8 may be inserted through the hole.

Next, as shown in Fig. 5, after pouring mortar, the molded frame 5 is used to remove the component piece 2.
It is not possible to bend the joint 3 outward, but when it bends inward, the joint 3 will collide with another component 2 due to the chamfered part 13 provided vertically inside the joint 3. It can be easily removed without any problems. Therefore, by making demolding easier, the product can be reused more frequently, which is very cost-effective.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, if a film sheet 12 serving as a peeling means is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the component piece 2, demolding becomes even easier. It is also possible to apply an emulsion type release agent to the film sheet 12 so that water evaporates and forms a film on the surface.

[Effect of the invention] As described above, the formwork for constructing a legal framework according to the present invention has the following effects:
Since it is made of foamed plastic, it has excellent heat insulation and water retention properties, providing sufficient strength when constructing the frame. It is also lightweight, making it easy to work on steep slopes, and the structural pieces make it easy to mold. By configuring the frame, the number of parts can be reduced, demolding is easy, and the undulations and shape of the slope can be accommodated extremely easily. It can be asserted that it is the most suitable formwork for construction.
