Claims (1)
- 基板を支持する支持板であつて基板の円周形状
に合わせた円弧部を有するものと、その支持板を
前後に直進させる機構を有する旋回台と、この旋
回台を旋回させる機構とを備える基板搬送装置に
おいて、前記旋回台上であつて支持板上の基板が
通る位置に、立てたり倒したりすることができる
位置決め部材を設け、かつ当該旋回台に、この位
置決め部材を支持板およびその上の基板の移動に
邪魔にならないように倒したり支持板上の基板の
端部に当たるように立てたりする駆動機構を設け
、それによつてこの位置決め部材で支持板上の基
板を支持板の円弧部に当たるまで押し込むように
したことを特徴とする基板搬送装置。
