Claims (1)
- 液槽の内側に配された加熱管と、前記液槽の外
側で前記加熱管の入口側に接続された加熱流体導
入管と、前記液槽の外側で前記加熱管の出口側に
接続された制御管と、前記加熱管の底部に分岐接
続された分岐管とから加熱管路が構成され、前記
液槽の内側に温度センサーが設けられ、該温度セ
ンサーの出力信号により制御管を開閉する温度制
御弁が設けられ、前記加熱管に内部感熱型温度調
整弁が設けられ、該温度調整弁は、被加熱液の液
温に応動する感温応動体と、該感温応動体の作動
により液槽への加熱流体の供給停止を行う弁子と
を有せしめられたことを特徴とする槽内液温の温
度保持装置。
