- その内側の底部より高い位置にサンプル保持部
を有する小型圧力容器、同容器にガスを供給し加
圧する手段、同容器内のガスを加熱する手段、同
容器内のガスの温度および圧力をそれぞれ臨界温
度および臨界圧力以上に保つよう制御する手段を
備えたことを特徴とする成分抽出装置。
