Claims (1)
- 石炭ヤードに積まれる石炭を粉末状にし、石炭
ヤードと同一環境においてその水分率を連続的に
測定する多孔質水分計手段と、この水分計の測定
値を炭種により補正する炭種補正手段と、この炭
種補正手段の出力並びに粉塵発生条件判断手段の
出力に基づいて石炭ヤードへの散水を実行する散
水制御手段とよりなる石炭ヤード散水制御装置。
