    置し、シリンダ２４の内壁に螺旋状の溝３０を設
    け、シリンダ２４の上部の螺旋状の溝の終端部３
    ４に連通するように、シリンダ２４にポートＢを
    設け、シリンダ２４の下部に流体を流入させるた
    めのポートＡを設けたことを特徴とする流体定量
    装置。 ２ 請求項１記載の流体定量装置において、シリ
    ンダ下部のポートＡを設けずに、ポートＢに流体
    を流入・流出させるための３方切換弁Ｖ３を接続
    したことを特徴とする流体定量装置。
