- ケーブル絶縁層１６の厚さが、中央部２０にお
ては所定の値であるが、端部２２においては中央
部２０より大で、中央部２０から端部２２に移る
部分で次第に大になつており、そのようにしたケ
ーブル絶縁層１６の上に外部半導電層１８が設け
られている、試験用ケーブル。
