Conventionally, most of the workpieces, such as forged products and cast products, require post-processing such as grinding, so they are chuteed directly onto pallets as shown in Figure 7 to be loaded because they need to be transported to subsequent processes. . This pallet 1 is a box-shaped container with an opening at the top, and is made of steel plates because the workpieces are heavy and are heated to high temperatures because they are directly charged after forging and casting. It is formed into a box shape by the side plates 3.

However, in the past, the workpieces were loaded by loading them into a chute, which caused the steel plate floor plate 2 to collide with the workpieces, producing collision noise, and the noise level was extremely high, which often caused environmental problems. was. For this reason, conventional countermeasures include providing a soundproof enclosure or reducing the height from which the workpiece falls. However, in the former case, the soundproof enclosure becomes an obstacle to the transportation work of pallet 1, leading to deterioration of work efficiency, and in the latter case, it is difficult to set the height, and even a very small fall height causes a considerably high noise level. Therefore, at present, there is still no workpiece loading device that has a high soundproofing effect without affecting work efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the soundproof type workpiece loading device according to the present invention has a layer of granular material such as sand, and is placed on the layer of granular material and a gap through which the granular material passes is formed. Compressed air is supplied to the powder by means of a pallet having a floor plate, an air pipe opened at a position below the upper surface of the powder layer, and an air diffusion hole communicating with the air pipe and opened toward the powder layer. The present invention is configured to include an aeration means introduced into the granular material layer to fluidize the granular material layer and cause the pallet floor plate to sink into the granular material layer.

With the above configuration, if a workpiece is dropped into the pallet with the pallet floor plate submerged in the powder layer, the workpiece will fall onto the upper surface of the powder layer and will not collide with the pallet floor plate. In this case, only the sound of collision with the powder or granular material is generated, and the noise can be significantly reduced. Moreover, since the pallets themselves are installed with their side walls protruding above the powder layer, there is no problem in transporting the pallets.

As shown in the figure, this device includes a pit-shaped container 10 with an open top, and a diffuser plate 12 is attached at a slightly lower position of the container 10 to partition the interior into upper and lower parts. The air diffuser plate 12 is provided with many fine holes, and the chamber below the air diffuser plate 12 is called the air chamber 1.
4, and the air introduced through the air pipe 16 connected to the air chamber 14 is diffused to the upper part through the fine holes of the air diffuser plate 12. On the other hand, the upper chamber partitioned by the air diffuser plate 12 is filled with sand 18, which is a heat-resistant granular material.
The sand 18 is filled to a certain layer thickness near the opening of the container 10, and can be fluidized by blowing air through the air diffuser plate 12. To prevent the sand 18 from falling into the air chamber 14,
The diameter of the micropores in the air diffuser plate 12 is made smaller than the particle diameter of the sand 18.

The floor plate 22 of this pallet 20 is formed of a plurality of round bars 22A, and the round bars 22A are arranged side by side at intervals that prevent the workpieces from falling. A gap 24 sufficient to allow sand 18 to flow is formed between the round bars 22A. Further, the side wall 26 of the pallet 20 is formed of a normal steel plate, and a forklift claw receiving portion 28 is provided at the upper position of the outer surface. The pallet 20 is placed on the sand 18 as shown in FIG.
2 to the sand 18, the sand 18 is fluidized, and as shown in FIG. layer. Note that 30 in the figure is a valve installed in the air pipe 16.

運搬できるのである。 The operation of the soundproof workpiece loading device having such a configuration is as follows. The pallet 20 is placed on the container 10 filled with sand, and the piping 16 is connected as described above.
By flowing air through and fluidizing the sand 18, the pallet 20 sinks into the sand 18 by its own weight. The depth to which the pallet 20 is sunk depends on the weight of the falling workpiece, but when the required depth is reached, the air is stopped and the pallet 20 is submerged with sand.
Fix it in 8. In this state, the workpieces are dropped from above the pallet 20 and loaded. After the loading of the workpieces is completed, the sand 18 is fluidized again, or the forklift claw is inserted into the claw receiver 28 in this state, and the pallet 2 is
Raise 0. At this time, since a gap 24 is provided in the floor plate 22 of the pallet 20, the sand in the pallet 20 can easily pass through, the pallet 20 can be easily pulled out, and the pallet 20 can be immediately transported to the subsequent process. .

This is a measurement of the noise level when the height of the filling amount of sand 18 from the pallet floor plate 22 is changed. The workpiece was a forged car rear axle shaft, and the workpiece was dropped from a height of 75 cm above the floor plate 22 and measured. As is clear from this result, by filling the pallet 20 with sand 18 of 2 cm or more, a reduction effect of 10 dB or more can be obtained.
A filling amount of 10 cm or more has a reduction effect of more than 40%.

8 is spread over the pallets 18, and the workpieces are dropped onto the sand 18 and loaded, so the soundproofing effect is high, and the sand 18 easily falls off the floor plate 22, so it does not interfere with the transportation work of the pallets 20. I won't give anything. In addition, the sand 18 is heat resistant and will not damage the pallet 20 even with high-temperature workpieces, and will not directly collide with the pallet 20, which has the advantage of preventing collision damage.

A large number of nozzles 34 are provided, and the nozzles 34 are formed by processing a small hole plate into a cylindrical shape. In this embodiment, since the nozzle 34 is installed directly in the sand 18, there is an advantage that the structure can be simplified such as reinforcement of the diffuser plate 12 and sealing between the diffuser plate 12 and the container 10 are not required. be.

2 is formed of a round bar 22A, but it is not limited to a round bar, and may be formed of a bar with a triangular or rhombic cross section, or may be configured as a lattice plate. In addition to the sand 18, small steel balls or differential bodies can be used as the powder or granular material, and if the workpiece is not a high-temperature product, heat resistance is not particularly required, so it may be made of a resin material or the like.
