ードレーザ制御信号である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ダイオードレーザにて固体レーザ材料を励起し
    、Ｑスイツチ発振させるダイオードレーザ励起Ｑ
    スイツチ発振固体レーザにおいて、Ｑスイツチ発
    振停止時には固体レーザの発振しきい値以下で固
    体レーザ材料を励起しておき、Ｑスイツチ発振さ
    せる直前にダイオードレーザ励起光強度を固体レ
    ーザ発振しきい値以上に増加させる手段を有する
    ことを特徴とするダイオードレーザ励起Ｑスイツ
    チ発振固体レーザ装置。
