Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 印加するバイアスの極性を反転させることによ
    り高周波信号の位相を１８０°反転させて出力す
    るように構成したダブルバランスドミキサーを用
    いた位相回路において、バイアス回路にダイオー
    ドと可変抵抗との並列回路を直列に挿入接続する
    とともに、バイアス回路が接続されるペアの出力
    側コイルのそれぞれにダイオードとコンデンサと
    の並列回路を直列に挿入接続し、一方のコンデン
    サに可変コンデンサを用いたことを特徴とするダ
    ブルバランスドミキサーを用いた位相回路。
