Claims (1)
- 一端が走行面に当接する一対の脚部と、該脚部
の他端を連結する胴部とからなる弾性材料製の振
動体と、該振動体に取り付けられて前記脚部及び
胴部をそれぞれ長さ方向に振動させる振動付与手
段とを具備してなる超音波リニアモータにおいて
、前記脚部及び胴部を前記走行面と交わる方向に
連続して湾曲させて前記振動体全体を円弧状に形
成したことを特徴とする超音波リニアモータ。
