- 互いに交差する少なくとも２本の弾性材料製の
胴部と、これら胴部の端部から該胴部の長手方向
と交差する方向に延びる弾性材料製の脚部とから
振動体が構成され、この振動体の各脚部と胴部と
の交差部に、これら胴部及び胴部をそれぞれ加振
する振動素子が取り付けられてなる超音波モータ
。
