- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧力差に圧じて流路を開閉するリード４で
流体を制御するリードバルブ１であつて、前記リ
ード４を、耐熱性繊維を布状としたものに６０を
越える酸素指数を有する樹脂を含浸させて形成し
たことを特徴とするリードバルブ。 (2) 前記６０を越える酸素指数の樹脂はフツ素
樹脂である請求項(1)記載のリードバルブ。 (3) 前記６０を越える酸素指数の樹脂はシリコ
ン樹脂である請求項(1)記載のリードバルブ。
