As shown in FIG. 3, a mixer device 1 is mounted on a working vehicle such as a remixer used when repairing an existing asphalt pavement surface. This mixer device 1 introduces the scraping material scraped up from the road surface by a rotary scarifier (raking device) 2 through a supply port 4 of a main body 3 to a traveling vehicle body.
The mixture is stirred by a plurality of paddles 7 that protrude radially from a rotating shaft 6 that extends along the direction of movement of the mixture, and is discharged from a rear discharge port 8. The properties of the surface mixture are improved by the Remix method. When stirring the scraping material, supplementary materials or additives are added and stirred together with the scraping material.

By the way, as a conventional mixer device 1 of this type,
For example, two structures shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 are known. That is, the mixer device shown in FIG. The material is
Since it passes over this bottom plate 9 and is discharged to the rear,
It has the advantage of being reliably stirred within the main body 3, but on the other hand, if the bottom plate 9 is poorly cleaned after work, the scraping material will stick to the bottom plate 9 and hit the paddle 7, causing the rotating shaft 6
There is a risk that it will not turn. On the other hand, the one shown in Fig. 5 is the one shown in Fig. 4 but without the bottom plate 9, and has the advantage that it does not need to be cleaned after work, but the scraping material rotates including the paddle 7. There was a problem in that the portion outside the rotation radius of the shaft 6 was not stirred by the paddle 7 and passed through as it was.

This invention was proposed in view of the above circumstances.
An object of the present invention is to provide a mixer device for an asphalt paving work vehicle, which can omit cleaning after work, and can also reliably stir the scraping material supplied into the main body with a paddle and discharge it to the rear. It is said that

In order to achieve this purpose, the present invention is equipped with a baffle plate located at the lower end of the main body to regulate the discharge of the scraped material at the scraped material discharge port of the main body. A baffle plate prevents discharge of unstirred scraped material, and the unstirred scraped material is heaped up in this area, and the paddle is used to stir the unstirred scraped material.

The mixer device 10 of this embodiment has left and right side plates 3 provided parallel to each other toward the traveling direction of the traveling vehicle body 5.
a, 3a are connected by front and rear connecting members 3b, 3b, the upper and lower and front and rear lower halves are open, and the main body 3 is supported by the vehicle body 5.
and a bearing 3c on the lower surface of the connecting members 3b, 3b,
3c, a pair of parallel rotating shafts 6, 6 supported rotatably in the running direction of the vehicle body 5, a paddle 7 attached to the rotating shaft 6, and a rear part of the main body 3. A baffle plate 11 is provided at the discharge port 8 of the scraper and restricts the discharge of the scraped material. The baffle plate 11 has its upper surface 1
1a is formed in a W-shape curved along the respective rotation loci A of the tips of the paddles 7 protruding radially from the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 6, and has a lower surface. It is formed almost flush with the lower surface of the side plate 3a, is located at the lower end of the main body 3, and is installed along the width direction of the main body 3, so that it passes below the rotation trajectory A of the paddle tip and is not stirred by the paddle 7. It is designed to prevent the scraping material g from being discharged.

As shown in FIG. 2, when the rotating shaft 6 is driven and the traveling vehicle body 5 is moved forward, the scraping material g scraped up by the rotary carificer 2 is delivered from the supply port 4 of the main body 3 to the main body 3. It is introduced into the interior and is stirred by the paddle 7, but the part that the paddle 7 cannot reach (that is, the part below the rotational trajectory A of the tip of the paddle 7) passes through the lower side, hits the baffle plate 11, and travels. As the vehicle body 5 moves forward, it rises as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Then, this swelling gradually becomes larger, and finally hits the paddle 7 and is agitated, and is discharged from the discharge port 8 at the rear of the main body 3. Furthermore, since the portion that is not raised and discharged at this time functions as a bottom, it is possible to expect a stirring effect similar to that of a mixer device with a bottom plate.

Note that the baffle plate 11 may be configured to be fixed integrally to the main body 3, but if it is configured to be movable up and down, it will be easier to remove the scraping material g remaining on the main body 3 after the work is completed. Therefore, it is desirable.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the baffle plate provided at the discharge port of the mixer main body prevents only the scraped material that is not stirred by the paddle from being discharged, and the agglomerated bottom caused by this scraped material is Since the stirring effect can be achieved as if there is a bottom plate, the scraping material supplied into the mixer body can be reliably stirred and discharged, and the mixer body has a lower part. Since it is open, there is an advantage that scraping material does not adhere to the inside of the main body and cleaning after work can be omitted.
