INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FIELD The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for adjusting the opening degree of a ventilation adjustment damper in an environmental test apparatus. Conventional technology and its problems Conventionally, heat resistance testing equipment or cold resistance testing equipment including a constant temperature bath, or cooling/heating cycle, has been used to identify defective products, test the heat resistance and/or cold resistance of various samples of various articles, etc. In environmental equipment such as test equipment, in addition to controlling the internal temperature and humidity of the equipment by turning on and off a heater, etc., there is also a method to more smoothly raise and lower the temperature and humidity. A ventilation damper such as a ventilation damper is provided, and this is mechanically opened and closed to assist in controlling temperature, humidity, etc. However, the opening and closing of such a damper requires a set of opening and closing commands, for example, the full opening of the damper opening (air supply or exhaust port) (α): a,
For a set of commands such as 2/3 open: b, 1/3 open: c, and fully closed: d, the fixed position detection switch a 1
It was controlled by the opening/closing lid (β) positioned at ~ a4 , and the opening degree was adjusted in multiple stages within the unique range of fully open and fully closed. Therefore, the opening degree of the damper is fixed according to the control signal, and in some cases, the damper is forced to open or close too much. It has not been possible to appropriately adjust the temperature and humidity within the apparatus, thereby controlling the temperature, humidity, etc. inside the apparatus. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method and a device that can finely and appropriately adjust the opening degree of the ventilation control damper of an environmental device according to the test object, the type of test, etc., and as necessary. . Means for Solving the Problems This object of the present invention is to provide a method for adjusting the opening degree of a ventilation regulating damper in an environmental device, which allows the upper limit opening degree to be changed to an arbitrary degree between the maximum opening degree and the minimum opening degree of the damper. The upper and lower limits of opening are set at an arbitrary degree, and the upper and lower limits of opening are arbitrarily selected and set, and n steps are predetermined between the upper and lower limits of opening, including the upper and lower limits of opening. A method and a device for adjusting the opening of a ventilation regulating damper in an environmental device, characterized in that the damper is divided into n-1 equal parts so that the opening is divided into n-1 stages, and one of the n stages is selected to adjust the opening of the damper. means for arbitrarily selecting and setting the upper and lower limits of opening between the maximum and minimum opening of the damper; arithmetic means for equally dividing n-1 openings into n steps determined in advance;
means for selecting one of the stages and outputting a damper driving electric signal according to the damper opening degree of the selected stage; damper driving means including an actuator; and receiving a signal from the signal output means to select the damper at the selected stage. This is achieved by a device characterized in that it includes an electric circuit that supplies control power to the actuator so as to set the actuator to the opening degree. Note that n is a positive integer. Embodiments Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is related to the adjustment of the opening degree of a ventilation damper D for controlling the temperature inside the oven in a forced hot air circulation/ventilation type oven, which is a type of thermostatic oven. The opening degree of the damper in the oven is adjusted as shown in FIG . This is done by raising and lowering the opening/closing lid D 2 to the designated positions, but the same signal X 1 (X 2 ,
X 3 , X 4 ), different vertical positions of the opening/closing lid can be obtained as shown in FIG. 3. In other words, different damper opening states can be obtained. In other words, the upper limit (marked in Figure 3) and lower limit (marked in Figure 3) of the vertical movement range of the opening/closing lid D 2 can be set arbitrarily, and one of the ranges divided into equal parts is set as desired. The opening/closing lid D2 can be moved to different positions, and the width of the equal divisions differs depending on the specified upper and lower ranges, so various damper opening states can be obtained. In addition, when the control signals are X 1 and prevention) is also becoming possible. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, 1 is an operation panel;
The panel includes an upper limit opening setting device 1 including a digital switch 11 for selecting and setting the upper and lower limit openings between the maximum opening degree and the minimum opening degree of the damper D.
10 and a lower limit opening degree setting device 120 including a digital switch 12. The panel is also provided with an automatic-manual selection switch 13 for automatically or manually opening and closing the damper, as well as a power indicator lamp 14 and an overrun indicator lamp 15. The switch 13 also has a neutral power off position. 2 is a stage selection device for external remote control to select the damper opening degree from n (=4) stages. Contents of descent etc.)
For example, when the temperature rises, the damper is set to the lower limit opening position (the direction in which the damper closes) to speed up the temperature rise, and when the temperature drops, the damper is set to the lower limit opening position to speed up the drop. By automatically outputting a signal of a combination of “0” and “1” (2-bit method) to set the damper to the damper position (in the direction in which the damper opens), one stage is selected from four stages. belongs to. When the above-mentioned damper upper limit opening and lower limit opening are set to 1, the damper opening corresponding to the signal output from the selection device is as follows.

[Table] 3 is a drive device for the damper D, which includes an electric motor 31 as an actuator, a threaded rod 32 rotatably supported on a support (not shown), a gear transmission 33 for transmitting motor power to the threaded rod, A female threaded portion 34 is screwed onto the threaded rod 32 and can reciprocate along the threaded rod as the threaded rod rotates, and a link device 35 moves the damper D by moving the female threaded portion back and forth. Note that S1 in the figure is a sensor that detects when the female threaded portion 34 has moved to the origin corresponding to the minimum opening degree of the damper (fully closed in this example), and S2 in the figure is a sensor that detects when the female threaded portion 34 has moved to the origin corresponding to the minimum opening degree of the damper (fully closed in this embodiment). This sensor detects overrun when the damper moves beyond its maximum opening (99% of full opening in this example). 4 is a control circuit for the motor 31, in which:
41 is a triax for CW rotation, 42 is a gate amplifier for it, 43 is a triax for CWC rotation,
44 is a gate amplifier for it, 45 is an AC power supply,
46 is a zero cross circuit. 5 is a microcomputer with CPU51,
In addition to the storage unit 52, an input/output interface 53
It is equipped with The aforementioned upper and lower limit opening degree setting devices 110 and 12
Upper limit opening signal and lower limit opening signal from 0, automatic -
Signal from manual selection switch 13, stage selection device 2
The stage selection signal from the sensor S1, the origin detection signal from the sensor S1, the overrun detection signal from the sensor S2, and the timing signal from the zero cross circuit 46 in the motor control circuit are all sent to the interface 53,
Furthermore, it is designed to be input into the computer itself. When the computer 5 receives the upper limit opening signal and the lower limit opening signal and receives an automatic control instruction from the switch 13, the computer 5 adjusts the range between the upper limit and the lower limit opening to the number 3, which is the number of selectable stages 4 minus 1. Calculate to divide equally. Then, in accordance with the stage selection signal from the stage selection device 2, a CW signal or a CCW signal is output to the motor electric circuit 4 so as to bring the damper to the selected opening degree. The circuit 4 then rotates the motor 31 CW or CCW by the required amount in response to the signal, and sets the damper D to the selected opening degree. That is, the opening degree of the damper is automatically remotely controlled by the stage selection signal from the stage selection device 2 for external remote control (automatic control). Note that when the automatic-manual selection switch 13 is placed from the off position to the automatic or manual position, the female threaded portion 34 of the damper drive device 3 is
First, once it is moved to the home position (switch S1) and the home position detection signal is input to the computer 5, the motor 31 is thereby stopped, the female screw portion 34 and the damper D are stopped, and the stage selection signal mentioned above is transmitted. , enters standby state. However, when the switch 13 is set to the manual side, the motor 31 is rotated in the opposite direction after the origin is detected, and the female threaded portion 34 is turned to the upper limit opening degree setting device 110.
It is moved toward the position corresponding to the upper limit opening degree in response to a signal from , and remains at that position until a new upper limit opening command is input. That is, it is possible to move the damper to any position according to settings on the operation panel 1 (manual control). Further, when the female screw portion 34 overruns, the motor 31 is stopped by an overrun signal from the switch S2, and the overrun indicator lamp 15 on the operation panel 1 lights up. In such a case, if the automatic/manual selection switch 13 is once returned to the off position and then set to the automatic or manual side again, the female threaded portion 34 will move toward the original position.
A flowchart for carrying out the aforementioned control is shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, P 1 to P 18 indicate each step of the flowchart. First, in P2 , the upper and lower limit openings of the damper are set, and the automatic-manual selection switch is set to the automatic side or the manual side. At P3 , the female threaded portion 34 moves to the home position, and therefore the damper D moves to the fully closed position.
At P4 , it is determined whether the origin has been detected by the female screw portion 34, in other words, whether the sensor S1 has been activated. If the origin has not been detected, return to step P3 ; if the origin has been detected, then proceed to step P5 to determine whether automatic setting or manual setting is to be performed. In the case of automatic setting, the section between the damper's set upper limit and lower limit opening is divided into three equal parts in P6 . Next, at P7 , the stage selection signal from the stage selection device 2 for external remote control is input, and P8 to P11 are input .
The selected stage is determined at step P12, and the motor 31 is driven to obtain the damper opening degree corresponding to the selected stage at step P12 . P13
Determine whether or not there is an overrun of the female thread part 34,
If there is no overrun, go to step P 14 to check whether a setting change has occurred on the operation panel 1. In other words, if there is a setting change for the upper and lower limit opening of the damper, or an automatic or manual setting change, return to step P 5 and always check. Control damper position. Note that since the origin is detected once in P 4 , the operation in P 3 and P 4 is not performed every time the settings are changed, and the damper moves from the current damper position to the specified position in the shortest operating distance. It will move. When overrun is detected in P 13 , P 16
Stop the motor drive with P 17 and turn on the overrun indicator lamp. In addition, if manual setting is selected on page 5 , female thread part 3 is set on page 18 .
4 towards sensor S2 and thus damper D
The motor 31 is driven to move the opening toward the upper limit opening. From step P18 , the process moves to step P13 . Incidentally, the setting of the damper opening degree stage, etc. may be performed at a position other than that shown in FIG. 2, if necessary. As the damper driving means in the above-mentioned embodiments, other suitable means may be adopted as necessary, such as one using a rat pinion mechanism, or one using a combination of a piston cylinder device and a solenoid valve as an actuator. Furthermore, although the electric motor described above is a synchronous motor, it is of course possible to use other types of electric motors, such as stepping motors. Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, not only can the damper opening degree be adjusted in multiple stages, but also the upper and lower limits of the opening degree can be changed to arbitrary degrees, and the upper and lower limits are set to appropriate degrees. Since the damper is adjusted according to the specifications, a wide variety of damper opening states can be obtained by combining the two types of variable adjustment of the opening degree. There is an advantage that the opening degree of the ventilation control damper of the environmental device can be finely and appropriately adjusted to more appropriately control the temperature, humidity, etc. inside the device.
