装置では多くの軟石(死石)、赤土塊及び粘土塊
が混入している砂利の場合には、横型円筒胴部内
に於て旋回する破砕刃により撹拌されながら排出
口の方向へ送られて行くに従つて、軟石等が破砕
して生じた泥及び砕石の角が取られて生じた細か
い砂の混入量が増加し過ぎ、この為、破砕刃或い
は破砕鉢の破砕作用並びに砂利とか軟石等相互の
擦り合い作用が低下し、該破砕再洗処理装置によ
り一回再洗処理しただけではJIS規格に適合する
良質な砂利を製造することが出来ないので、二台
の破砕再洗処理装置を使用して二回連続して再洗
処理を行う必要があつたから、コスト高になる欠

ツパーを設けた後部円筒胴部を載置し、後部円筒
胴部に対応させて稍々間隔を隔ててベース上に前
部円筒胴部を設け、この後部円筒胴部と前部円筒
胴部との中心に左側端部を軸受に支持させて、駆
動モーターとベルトにより連結した回転主軸を設
け、この主軸にはスリーブを嵌合し後部円筒胴部
の右端部に対応するスリーブに破砕鉢を取付け、
後部円筒胴部と前部円筒胴部との間の回転主軸に
内側に放射状に設けるスポークに支持させてスク
リーン胴を取付け、その左端は後部円筒胴部の外
側に右端は前部円筒胴部の内側に嵌合し、前部円
筒胴部の右側にはベース上に設けたローラーに支
持させて可動台を左右に摺動自在に設け、この可

合い作用により尚、破砕されずに混入している軟
石等は完全に破砕されると共に、砕石の角及び砂
利に付着している汚れは完全に取り除かれてから
排出されるので、従来の様に破砕刃と破砕鉢との
破砕作用並びに砂利類相互の擦り合い作用を低下
させることなく、一回の再洗処理で能率良くJIS
規格に適合する良質な砂利を量産出来るから、当
