Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable baked bread to be easily taken out of a vessel by a construction wherein a rotary shaft for rotary vanes provided at a bottom part of a kneading vessel is provided with a spring for constantly pressing the shaft to the bottom part side, and the rotary vanes are moved upward when the spring is pushed upward. CONSTITUTION:Bread 36 is baked in the manner of making close contact with wall surfaces of a kneading vessel 24 and with rotary vanes 26. With a coupler 28 pushed upward by hand, a spring 34 is contracted, a shaft 27 is moved upward, and the vanes 26 are lifted upward. By this operation, the baked bread 36 is lifted up from the vessel 24, and is released from close contact with the vessel 24, upon which the bread 36 can be easily taken out by pulling it outward. Since the shaft is constantly pressed downward by the spring, secure sealing is obtained between a sealing member and an upper part of the shaft.

Function: The heating cooker of the present invention makes bread by kneading the ingredients in the kneading container, then fermenting and baking them, but the dough swells after baking and the bread sticks tightly to the kneading container. However, by pushing up the spring from the bottom of the kneading container, the rotating blades move upward. As this happens, the bread moves along with the rotating blade in the direction of being pushed out of the kneading container, and the bread is no longer in close contact with the bottom and sides of the kneading container.
Bread can be easily taken out of the kneading container.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing the structure of the kneading container of the cooking device according to the present invention. Parts that are the same as in Figure 1 are indicated by the same numbers. In FIG. 2, the rotating blade 26 is removably fitted onto the shaft 27 from above. The shaft 27 is rotatably supported by a bearing 32 made of oilless metal or the like provided on the die-cast base 25. The seal member 33 is provided in close contact with the shaft 27 and the bottom of the kneading container 24, and functions to seal so that water and powder in the container do not enter the bearing 32 portion. A coupler 28 is fixedly provided on the shaft 27, and rotation of the coupler 28 causes the shaft 27 to rotate, thereby rotating the rotating blade 26. A compression spring 34 is provided between the bearing 32 and the coupler 2B, and biases the space between the bearing 32 and the coupler 28 in a direction that expands it. This spring 3
4, the shaft 27 is always pushed down to the bottom side of the kneading container 24, that is, to the lower side. The spacer 35 serves to ensure smooth rotation between the bearing 32 and the spring 35.

Effects of the Invention As described above, since the heating cooker of the present invention has a structure in which the rotary blades or the push-up plate are movable in the axial direction, it has many practical effects as described below, although it is a partial structure. can demonstrate.

(1) Baked bread expands in the kneading container and sticks tightly to the container, making it extremely difficult to take it out. However, according to the present invention, it can be rotated by simply pressing the connector with your finger. Since the blade lifts up and pushes directly up from the r of the bread, the adhesion between the bread and the container is reliably broken and the bread can be easily taken out, making it possible to realize an extremely user-friendly heating cooker.

(2) Since the bread can be taken out easily, there is no need for dangerous operations such as strongly shaking or tapping a hot kneading container, which was required in the past, and the operation is highly safe and there is no fear of burns. , it becomes easier to use from this aspect as well. In addition, since the bread can be easily taken out, there is no need to make mistakes such as deforming the bread when taking it out, and it is possible to heat the bread in a well-baked shape.

(3) In addition to flour, the kneading container is often filled with liquid substances such as water, eggs, and milk. Also, the kneading container is often left in this state for a long time, and then the timer is set to start kneading after a certain amount of time has elapsed. A seal structure is extremely important to prevent this liquid material from leaking from the kneading container, but since the shaft is constantly pushed downward by the spring, the sealing member and This means that the upper part of the shaft is always kept in close contact, ensuring a reliable seal.
A highly reliable heating cooker that does not cause malfunctions due to liquid leakage.

(4) As shown in Figure 5, if the push-up plate is provided separately from the rotary vane, the configuration of the rotary vane, shaft, bearing, etc. can be shortened, and the height of the stand can be lowered, resulting in a compact kneading container. can do.

In addition, by using it in combination with a push-up plate or by providing a plurality of push-up plates, it is possible to make it easier to take out the bread.

(5) Since the coupler is always pushed down by the spring, the coupler on the main body side and the coupler on the kneading container side are always pressed together and connected, making it possible to connect the rotation more reliably. In addition, if there is a gap or rattling in the shaft part, it may cause noise such as vibration noise, but since the spring is biased in one direction, rattling in the shaft part can be visually monitored, and vibrations can be caused. This means that a quiet heating cooker with less noise can be realized.
