Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 接着剤やクリームはんだをプログラムに従つて
基板に自動的に塗布する自動デイスペンス装置に
おいて、 ノズル近傍に設けられ、基板までの距離を検出
するセンサと、検出された基板までの距離を入力
し、ノズル先端から基板までの距離が予めプログ
ラムされた値になるように、シリンジを上下させ
る装置を制御する制御手段を有することを特徴と
する自動デイスペンス装置。
