Claims (1)
- クリーム半田をプリント回路基板に線状に塗布
するためのデイスペンサ装置において、プリント
回路基板に向かつて下降し、暫時停止した後水平
方向に移動することによつて線引きを行い、その
後上昇するように動作するデイスペンサのノズル
と、前記下降して停止している間にクリーム半田
の吐出を開始し、線引き終了前の所定位置で吐出
を終了するように吐出開始及び終了のタイミング
を制御する制御手段とを有することを特徴とする
クリーム半田塗布用のデイスペンサ装置。
