Claims (1)
- マイクロメツシユで胴を形成した回転ドラムの
内部に設けられた散布管を有する微粉体ふるい装
置において、前記回転ドラムの溜り部に超音波発
振子を設けると共に前記回転ドラムのマイクロメ
ツシユの外表面に向けて溶媒を噴出するノズルを
有する溶媒チヤンバを設けたことを特徴とする微
粉体ふるい装置。
