(b) Conventional technology Conventionally, non-recyclable plastics have been incinerated or disposed of as waste, which poses many problems such as where to dispose of them. There are also water heaters that use waste plastic as fuel, but the basic idea is that
Incineration was the main method, and raising the temperature of water and making effective use of it was secondary. Furthermore, although the purpose was to obtain hot water, many of them considered the cost of waste plastic to be free and ignored its efficiency (the temperature rise of hot water and the amount of hot water relative to the amount of fuel used).

(c) Problems that the invention aims to solve In order to increase the efficiency of water heaters (the temperature rise and amount of hot water relative to the amount of fuel used), the fuel (plastics) must be completely combusted.
In other words, the combustion components of the fuel, excluding ash, need to be completely combusted, and if the combustion is incomplete, the amount of heat contained in the fuel will not all be converted into heat.
Furthermore, if more air than necessary is sent into the combustion chamber for complete combustion, the combustion chamber will be cooled by the unnecessary air, reducing the combustion efficiency. Furthermore, plastic incineration water heaters with combustion chamber structures that do not allow complete combustion unless a large amount of air is pumped in cannot be highly efficient water heaters. In other words, the amount of oxygen necessary to completely oxidize the plastic is calculated based on the components of the plastic to be combusted. In addition, the amount of air (theoretical air amount) required for this is calculated from this amount of oxygen, but in reality, in order to achieve complete combustion, an amount of air that is slightly in excess of the theoretical amount of air is required, and the structure of the combustion chamber Therefore, this excess air amount is determined. However, although complete combustion occurs, a plastics incineration water heater with a combustion chamber structure that requires a large amount of excess air cannot be a highly efficient water heater.

In FIGS. 3 and 4, when the fuel (plastic) supplied on the bottom wall 24 is ignited by some method, the fuel is gasified and a long and narrow flame rises as shown in f. This is because the hydrodynamic mixing of the fuel gas and the air blown out from the air outlet 25 is incomplete, so the combustion speed is slow and the flame rises in a long and narrow state as shown in f. Therefore, a large number of air outlets 25 must be provided in several stages up to the upper part of the combustion chamber, which has the disadvantage that the combustion chamber must be lengthened in the vertical direction. Also, since the flame swings up and down and left and right, the air outlet 2
The air blown out from 5 does not mix with the flame (including fuel gas) and is not effectively used for combustion.

(E) Function The fuel (plastic) supplied to the upper part of the bottom wall 10 at the lower part of the combustion chamber 3 is combusted, and the air necessary for combustion is supplied from the air inlet 7 to the lower part of the water heater as shown by the arrow. It is supplied to the outside. Also, a part of the water that entered the flow channel 4 from the water outlet 5 enters the water channel 12 inside the disc 11, gains heat from the inner wall of the disc 11, and returns to the flow channel 4 while increasing the temperature. The hot water enters the water, moves upward, receives heat from the inner wall 2, further raises the temperature, and exits from the hot water outlet 13.

When the fuel supplied on the bottom wall 10 at the lower part of the combustion chamber 3 is ignited by some method, air is obtained from the air outlet at the lowest stage, gasified, and ignited. The flame does not sway from side to side because it is the lowest disk, but gathers in the circular notch 11a in the center of the disk and burns upward. The air that comes out from the air outlet located below the disk is always in the notch 11a of the disk.
Since it gathers in the notch 11a, it contacts and mixes with the flame (including fuel gas), effectively contributing to combustion. The flame (containing fuel gas) that has passed through the cutout 11a of the lowermost disk burns the unburned fuel gas by the air that comes out from the air outlet at the top. Both the air and flame (including fuel gas) in this part are in the notch 1 of the disk at the top.
Since air and flame gather in 1a, they always come into contact and mix, resulting in effective combustion. The last remaining fuel gas is combusted by air from the air outlet at the top of the uppermost disc, completing combustion. The exhaust gas remaining after the combustion passes through 14 smoke exhaust passages and is discharged to the outside from the smoke exhaust outlet 15.

(f) Effects of the invention The air for combustion always comes into contact with the fuel gas gasified at the bottom of the combustion chamber at the notch of the disc and mixes with it, so it can effectively contribute to combustion, compared to conventional systems. The fuel can be completely combusted with less excess air.
