Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a rupture cross-section with an uneven surface, which has spotted pattern and is different in color locally, after hardening by curing by a method wherein various decorative materials different in color are fed in a hopper for the sandwiching intermediate rupture cross-section so as to form proper mixing range in order to fill the various decorative materials in discorder into a concrete form. CONSTITUTION:Normal concrete is fed to a fixed hopper for backing and material for sandwiching A, which is different in quality from that of the normal concrete, is fed to a fixed hopper for sandwiching. Next, normal concrete is fed to normal concrete receiving chambers 9 in a traveling hoper 24. When the material for sandwiching A is fed in a decorative material receiving chamber 8 so as to occupy about 70% of the volume of the chamber 8, a partition member 10 is inserted in the decorative material receiving chamber 8 and, after that, color mortar 15 is fed onto the partition member 10. After respective materials are fed to the traveling hopper 24, the hopper 24 is shifted onto a concrete form 21. In the concrete form 21, a product receiving pallet 30 is raised so as to be almost flush with the top of the concrete form. By drawing the partition member 10 out of the traveling hopper 24 at the top of the concrete form, pseudo-pattern with proper mixing range is produced in the traveling hopper. Next, by starting a vibrator 23 and, after that, lowering the pallet 30, the various materials are filled into the concrete form.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> When the surface decoration material is spread/ditched up to this point and then cured and cured, it breaks at the intermediate break ffI to form a colored uneven pattern on the surface of the co/crete block. The decorative materials for colorful sandwiches, which are obtained by adding pigments to white cement to give them color, or by mixing colored seed stones, are transferred from a fixed hopper to a moving hopper to formworks. The material is supplied and then filled and molded.

Along with cells, the surface patterns and colors of concrete products have become more diverse, and in addition to the conventional single color, colorful products with different color schemes on parts of the product surface and varied surface patterns are now required. 1. The conventional color scheme in which the entire surface is mixed with the same pigment cannot meet the demands of -f:9. The present invention is a system in which decorative materials with various different colors are placed in the hopper of the intermediate fracture layer that is used for Nando winching. The material is supplied to form an appropriate mixed width, and when it is fed into the formwork, it is mixed and filled with various decorative materials, and after curing and curing, the fractured surface has a mottled pattern and irregularities with partially different colors. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for decorating a decorative concrete block and a material feeding device for the same to obtain a surface of The decorative materials with different color schemes are kneaded in the separated mixer and divided into the required mixed width by the partition member and received into the moving hopper of the intermediate fracture layer, and during molding, the received decorative materials are transferred to the upper surface of the formwork. The material is fed so that the decorative material set on a part of the surface is sorted, and the fractured surface is The decorative materials are fed together with the backing concrete so that they are mixed with each other around 0 and the moving hole for the intermediate fracture layer. Depending on the color scheme of the surface pattern to be formed, the type of decorative material, etc., the timing of pulling out the material may vary depending on the color scheme of the surface pattern to be formed and the type of decorative material. In other words, methods such as supplying materials are used.

On the other hand, the opening/closing shutter (not shown) of the fixed hopper 3 on the bottom of fixed phone ζ-3 and ζ-4 for sandwiches (hereinafter referred to as soup/do) is opened, and as shown in FIG. When about 70% of the sanding material A, which is the basis for breaking, has been fed into the decorative material storage chamber 8, a level switch (not shown) detects this and the partition member 10 is automatically inserted into the decorative material storage chamber 8Vc. Then, the shutter of the fixed hopper 4 for sand is opened, and the colored mortar 15 is fed onto the upper surface of the partition member 10 as shown in the sixth south.

At this time, the product receiving pallet 30, which has been placed in the formwork 21 in advance, is supported by the demolding rod 32 and raised to the surface of the formwork and is waiting there. When the partition member 10 is pulled out from the movable hopper 24 at the upper surface of the mold to fill the mold, a pseudo pattern with an appropriate mixed width is formed inside the movable hopper.

At this time, in the decorative material storage chamber 8 of the mobile hopper, the pseudo pattern of the colored mortar 15 formed by the partition member with an appropriate mixed width is controlled by the vibration motor 28 and form vibrator 23 as the pallet descends. It is filled into the formwork while maintaining an almost pseudo-pattern. In this case, the product receiving pallet in the formwork may not be raised to the top of the formwork, but may be stopped in the middle of the formwork or on the stopper 31 at the bottom of the formwork, and the material may be fed from the opening of the formwork. , may be determined as appropriate depending on the height of the product, the surface area ratio of the base Nandwich material, etc.

As a result, a layer of colored mortar is formed on top of the sanding material. When the intermediate fracture layer 20 is ruptured after curing and hardening, the surface of the fracture surface B has a uneven fracture surface with a mottled pattern due to colored mortar in the sanding material. Fractured surface B is created by partially mixing the basic sanding material VC with colorful mortar of different materials and colors in the decorative material storage chamber 8.
It forms a surface pattern with a rich variety of different colors.

The embodiments shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 are based on f/de material Ar.
It is divided by a partition member 10 and colored mortar 15 is placed on its upper surface.
In this example, when the partitioning member 10 is retreated on the upper surface of the formwork 21, the color mortar 15 is placed in the space formed, with the top and bottom being the main tone. It is surrounded by the sanding material A and filled into the mold while maintaining a predetermined mixed width. In addition, the partition member 10 is inserted into the hollow nozzle 18.
Decorative materials to be mixed with the basic sand material are packed in advance into the container, and when the hollow bib 118 retreats from the decorative material storage chamber 8, the decorative material is stored in the space using the push rod 19. How to feed material while displacing it in chamber 8? This is an example in which this is added.

The implementation row in FIG. 11 vertically divides the decorative material storage chamber 8 into a dividing plate 13'a? After the sanding materials of different colors are received through the adjustable communication holes 14 provided in the board, the sanding materials are placed in the decorative material storage chamber 8 and placed in the formwork. You can form a colorful surface pattern by filling the inside of the partition plate 1 as shown in Figure 12.

Although Embodiments 3 and 4 have been described above, the surface decoration method using the Su/Dwitte material of the present invention does not necessarily require pulling out or retracting the partition member on the upper surface of the formwork, but it is possible to form a pseudo pattern in the moving hopper. It may also be determined in advance through experiments, etc., depending on the material used, surface pattern, molding conditions, etc.
